We are seeking an experienced Material Review Board (MRB) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The MRB Engineer will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving non-conformance issues related to aircraft structures, systems, and components. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure compliance with design, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Evaluate and disposition non-conforming parts, materials, and assemblies through the MRB process

Perform structural and system analysis to assess discrepancies and determine corrective actions
