Participate actively in inpatient clinical rounds and ambulatory care clinics. Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems for patients. Recommend and monitor patient-specific drug therapies. Document treatment outcomes and oversee the distribution of medications. Provide patient counseling on medication treatments. Deliver accurate drug information and educate patients, students, and other healthcare professionals on safe and effective medication use. Contribute to research efforts in clinical and/or translational fields to enhance knowledge in the specialty area. Requirements
