Opportunity Description
(What the role is) This role involves planning & overseeing building maintenance and infrastructure projects acrosss the organisation, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with organisational space requirements and operational objectives. (What you will be working on) You will work with multiple stakeholders to: Manage and maintain equipment to meet health and safety standards. Monitor systems performance and functionality, making recommendations for improvements or upgrades Plan, prepare tender specifications and manage the full project lifecycle for renovation & upgrading projects to achieve project deliverables. Manage facilities contractors and vendor relationships to ensure KPIs are met. Coordinate space requirement, allocation, layout, and facility expansion.
