Overview

As a key leader within the HBM Product Engineering Media Health team, you will spearhead and develop a high‑performing team to drive both intrinsic and extrinsic reliability test development and execution for Micron’s latest HBM products across DRAM, Interface die, and stacked configurations. Your role focuses on reducing extrinsic DPM, leading the intrinsic reliability charter, and optimizing manufacturing test flow to meet critical KPIs of quality, cost, and cycle time.

Responsibilities

• Reliability Test Flow Development: Define and develop reliability stress, test flows, and test plans covering all product reliability aspects.
• Reliability Test Plan and Execution: Work closely with the Global Quality team to define qualification plans, review and manage execution progress, and resolve gating issues.
