Senir Site Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site structural works for buildings and infrastructure projects
• Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design documents
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress monitoring
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and reporting
• Prepare reports on structural progress, site challenges, and recommendations

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in structural engineering, with significant on-site construction experience
