1. Maintain complete working knowledge of:
a. Proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations
b. All liquor brands, beers, and wines
c. Resort offerings
d. All company policies and procedures
e. Safety practices
2. Set-up function rooms and spaces, including tables, linens, food and beverage stations, and other event components according to the instructions on the Banquet Event Order and according to supervisor’s instructions.
