Server Delivery Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Server Delivery Specialist to join our IT operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain delivery data accuracy, support server deployment processes, handle first-level system exceptions, and coordinate operational activities across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced data centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery data accuracy by interacting with delivery platforms and ensuring all delivery-related information is current and up to date
• Act as the first-tier handler for system exceptions that require human intervention, escalating where necessary
