As a Server, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You are responsible for delivering a seamless and enjoyable dining and beverage experience, in line with Four Seasons’ renowned standards of quality, professionalism, and gracious hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival and manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Monitor dining room flow and seating availability to maximize efficiency.
- Confidently present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations to the guest.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take reservations as needed.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure prompt service.
