Server

Scope of job: The server position will offer friendly and efficient tableside service to all guests.  Take guest orders and ensure that all items are served properly and on a timely basis.  Assist in the set up and clear down of the front and back of house restaurant operations.  Follow Midway North America (Midway) and Merlin safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards and policies.    

Main Responsibilities:  

• Provide guests with outstanding service going above and beyond in line with Midway and Merlin Standards.  

• Help develop and lead revenue generating initiatives and programs in conjunction with the Leadership Team.  

• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation requirements.  

• May work in multiple outlets with Special Events as well.  

• Maintain high service standards with children as a primary focus.
