Responsibilities
- Greet and escort customers to their tables to ensure a welcoming experience
- Present menus and provide detailed information about portions, ingredients, and potential food allergies
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, flatware, and glasses for service readiness
- Offer menu recommendations to enhance customer dining choices
- Up-sell additional products appropriately to increase sales
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS software and order slips
- Communicate order details clearly to Kitchen Staff for timely preparation
