Service Account Manager

Responsibilities- Efficiently manage day-to-day escalations pertaining to claims, endorsements, pre-approvals and other client inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with clients using their preferred style, employing careful listening, questioning, and critical thinking.
- Handle grievance and complaints management, proactively collaborating with key stakeholders to devise resolutions.
- Consistently support Strategic Account Managers in account retention and renewal cycles.
- Ensure TAT adherence across the operations team (endorsements, claims, pre-approvals, etc.).
- Conduct Bayzat platform and employee benefits training and drive utilization among clients.
