Opportunity Description
We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team specializing in Service for Cummins Berkshire, United Kingdom.
This role is a fulltime onsite position.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, building positive relationships and responding promptly to service-related inquiries and requests.
Coordinate and schedule planned and unplanned service events, ensuring efficient allocation of Field and Shop Technicians to meet customer and operational needs.
Create, update, and maintain work orders and service documentation within operating systems such as SAP and Cummins Guidanz.
Monitor and manage day-to-day Work in Progress (WIP), ensuring timely follow-up, accurate updates, and completion of service activities.
