+ Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, building positive relationships and responding promptly to service-related inquiries and requests.
+ Coordinate and schedule planned and unplanned service events, ensuring efficient allocation of Field and Shop Technicians to meet customer and operational needs.
+ Create, update, and maintain work orders and service documentation within operating systems such as SAP and Cummins Guidanz.
+ Monitor and manage day-to-day Work in Progress (WIP), ensuring timely follow-up, accurate updates, and completion of service activities.
