Automotive Service Advisor - Job Scope
Attend to customers' vehicle servicing and repair enquiries professionally Prepare service quotations, repair orders, and explain recommended repairs Coordinate with technicians and workshop team to ensure timely job completion Provide updates to customers on vehicle status and repair progress Handle customer complaints and maintain strong customer relationships Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend preventive maintenance services Ensure proper documentation and follow-up after servicing Maintain high standards of customer service and workshop operations Possess valid driving license with ability to test drive and move vehicles when required
