The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with service bookings, vehicle updates, quotations, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the service process. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with service bookings
• Prepare quotations and explain repair requirements to customers
• Liaise between customers and workshop technicians
• Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and repairs
• Ensure accurate completion of job cards and invoices
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
