We are seeking a Cantonese-speaking Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, international customer support environment based in Penang, Malaysia (Georgetown) . This is an expatriate opportunity to support a global technology-driven organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support across multiple channels, assisting customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and general product support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer support via phone, chat, and other channels
