The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and our shop, utilizing skill in documentation and communication to manage work orders and facilitate the proper and timely repair of customer's equipment. Responsibilities

Compete inspections of customer equipment, document information, and use inspection sheet to document thorough information about the vehicle's service needs.

Understand the work that needs to be done to the vehicle and address specific customer concerns.

Communicate with customer throughout the repair and payment process to create an overall positive experience for our customer.
