The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with information on service options, pricing, and timelines, as well as coordinating service appointments and overseeing the progress of service work. The Service Advisor must possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of automotive service processes.
