Service Advisor

The following minimum criteria must be met:

• Matric certificate or equivalent


• Unendorsed driver’s license (specified code)


• Computer literacy


• Willingness to work flexible hours/over time


• Professional appearance & 1st impressions


• Fluent, clear English communication


• Ability to handle difficult customers


• Customer service orientation


• 2 - 5 Years' Experience within the Premium Motor Brand Industry (Ex. BMW, Audi, Jeep, Volvo, Jaguar etc.)

In addition to checking for the pre-requisites, assess and obtain proof of:

• Ability to build positive relationships


• Helpful and supportive behaviour in interactions


• Persuasive, fluent and confident communication
