Service Advisor – Passenger Vehicles (UAEN)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor (UAEN) to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and the service team
• Understand customer concerns and translate them into clear job instructions for technicians
• Provide accurate service estimates, timelines, and updates to customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work
• Upsell additional services and maintenance when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong knowledge of passenger and commercial vehicles
• Good understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
