Service Center Coordinator (Technical)

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Key contact person for after-sales service and repair at the service center.
• Coordinate daily service center activities including manpower arrangement, failure analysis, repair and rework, spare parts management, system updates, service lead-time adherence, and shipment coordination.
• Ensure all products requiring servicing, repair, or failure analysis (FA) are properly registered in the system without omission.
