Service & Claims Advisor (Insurance & Warranty Parts)

We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Service & Claims Advisor (Insurance & Warranty Parts) to support daily workshop operations, insurance and parts warranty claim handling, and customer service activities for commercial vehicles and heavy trucks. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating accident claims, vehicle servicing arrangements, repair quotations, and customer follow-ups to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service experience.

• Attend to customers involved in accidents and assist with GIA accident reporting and insurance claim matters.
• Explain the insurance claim process and required documentation to customers.
• Inspect and record vehicle damage details with photos and supporting information.
