The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Service Contracts Manager by performing the full scope of service contract manager functions to include identification, development, administration, inspection, and evaluation on a variety of service contracts for the Civil Engineer (CE) Squadron. Responsibilities Identifies requirements and develops contract packages for Civil Engineer service contracts executed by the Operations Flight. Performs Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) duties to monitor and document contractor performance and evaluate against service contract requirements. Performs fiscal year budget planning in support of Civil Engineer service contracts program.
