Service Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced, people‑focused Service Coordinator to lead transport operations at our Ballymena offices

This is a hands‑on leadership role, managing a team of 8- 15 drivers , ensuring full compliance with transport and waste legislation, and delivering a safe, reliable, customer‑focused service in a fast‑paced environment.

Working pattern:

*Monday – Friday | 10:00 – 19:00 (45 hrs per week)

*On‑call: Alternate weekends

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading Health & Safety and promoting a strong safety‑first culture
• Ensuring compliance with transport, waste and H&S legislation
• Planning and optimising routes, resources, and driver schedules
• Managing KPIs, performance data, payroll, overtime and WTD compliance
