This role is a key role focused on establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, scheduling field and in-house service jobs and ensuring all service administration is up to date and accurate. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills that exhibit a Customer First philosophy.
Reporting to the National Service Manager, you are responsible for the effective coordination of service technician scheduling and administration.
In this role you will raise non-conformance reports and communicate with quality departments and engineering for warranty-related issues, complete shipping and receiving duties and be responsible for generating, maintaining, and closing service tickets.
This role would suit a person who is a strong communicator and excels in a customer service-oriented environment.
