Coordinate service jobs from planning through execution and close-out, working closely with Service Managers, Service Engineers, and the Spares team to ensure timely and effective delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for customers on service-related matters, including scheduling, quotations, progress updates, and post-service follow-up. Provide first-line remote support to Service Engineers across inspection, maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, upgrades, and hook replacement activities, including job preparation, briefings, and documentation. Monitor service utilisation, cost, quality, and schedule adherence; prepare service quotations and job costings; and support invoicing and month-end closing activities.
