Principal Responsibilities
- Execute client trade orders (e.g. equities, futures and options) accurately in real time
- Respond to client calls regarding account balance, order status etc enquiries
- Monitor live market movements and escalate unusual activity to senior management and risk/compliance teams for further action
- Escalate system outage to IT and on-site manager
- Provide post-trade confirmation to clients when required
Qualifications
- University graduate
- Experience in customer-facing service, trading desk or call center (finance/brokerage preferred)
- Strong numerical analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Ability to work night shifts and on a rotating schedule
