Manage and resolve incidents related to Oracle ERP Order Management and Salesforce.
Investigate user-reported issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with IT teams.
Track incidents from initiation to closure, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Maintain incident logs, service requests, and daily incident trackers.
