The Service Delivery Coordinator will play a leading role in the delivery of services, including ownership and management of activities through to the desired business outcomes.

• Understand contractual obligations and ensure delivery of services to an agreed service description and SLA OLA, establishing and ongoing ownership of KPIs as necessary.
• Responsible for end-to-end service delivery of networking projects for global customers.
