Service Delivery Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the formal governance of the IT Service, ensuring compliance with SLA, contractual alignment, financial control, risk mitigation and continuous improvement within a 24x7 operational framework.
Governance of Service and SLA Supervision
- Ensure compliance with SLA and contractual service commitments.
- Oversee KPI monitoring and performance dashboards.
- Lead executive review forums for service.
Operation and Risk Control
- Validate corrective action plans for SLA deviations.
- Ensure application of Business Continuity and Risk Management frameworks.
