Opportunity Description
The Service Delivery Manager serves as a customer advocate, identifying our customer’s needs and striving to advance the delivery of Transaction Junction services to our customers. The position requires regular and effective communication to our internal teams and customers. The service delivery manager oversees a number of key functions that enable the delivery of a high‑quality service to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place, at all times, managing the client relationship from a service quality and operations perspective.
