Currently we are looking for

SERVICE DESK ANALYST - L1 FRENCH SPEAKER - PROJECT (ET103)

Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 days office/week - 24/7 operation and includes various shifts, including night and weekend shifts)

Salary: competitive

Type of employment: contractor

Tasks:

Provide first level support through handling incoming queries and help requests from end users

Availability shift rostering for 24x7

Creating detailed notes of the issue and documenting resolution

Support our top customers using your specific language skills.

Troubleshoot IT related issues and handle customer requests.

Requirements:

Customer service skills and problem-solving skills

Good French language knowledge
