We are seeking Service Desk Officers to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Service Desk Officers will provide support across a range of functions to support a successful implementation of a new Case Management System (CMS). The successful Service Desk Officers will secure an initial 6-month contract with the view to be extended for 6 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The Service Desk Officers will be responsible for but not limited to;
