We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Consultant (Migration Specialist) with strong expertise in end-user support, secure file transfer technologies, and migration environments. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, security protocols, and application testing across multiple environments. A customer‑centric mindset and strong problem‑solving skills are essential for ensuring seamless IT support and secure system transitions.
