Opportunity Description

Position: Service Desk Transformation Consultant

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid (subject to business requirements)

Work Shift: Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment

Target Start Date: ASAP

Headcount: 1




Qualifications:


• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in IT.

• Experience in transformation and solutions for Service Desk

• At least 6–8 years of experience in an IT Service Desk.

• Prior consulting and automation experience is required.

• Presales/solution experience is a plus.

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other AI frameworks is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• BPO experience is required.
