Primary Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with International Voice Support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Mobility-related applications
  • Desktop/general system issues
  • Outlook, VPN, Citrix, VDI
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office/O365

Secondary Skills:

  • Experience in Telecom (added advantage)
