Opportunity Description

Applications are invited for the following post: Service Desk Officer (Grade V) (Permanent Wholetime) (Reference: 637/2025) Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, the appointee will join a customer focused, central IT service desk team, that provides 1st and 2nd level support to students, staff and guests of TU Dublin, in accordance with the appropriate service level agreements. You will work with specialist teams within Technology Services, to support the University's strategic goals. As part of your role, you will be exposed to innovative and leading-edge technologies and will contribute to the ongoing Digital Transformation of the University. Hours of Work:A 35 hour working week is in operation. Location: The successful candidate will initially be based in TU Dublin, Aungier Street but may be reassigned at the discretion of TU Dublin Salary: The Staff Officer Salary Scale is: €52,240 gross per annum.
