The Service Desk Operator will provide first-level technical support on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, troubleshooting network and system issues to ensure continuous IT service availability.

• Provide first-level technical support by analyzing and resolving user access and connectivity issues to maintain network uptime
• Log, classify, and elevate incidents after initial fault isolation to appropriate teams for timely resolution
