Supporting and developing the quick technical support service by regularly updating the reference and information base in the company's system.
- Providing technical consultations to dealers and customers on the operation fault diagnosis and technical repair of agricultural machines (by telephone, email, and on-site visits to dealers and
customers).
- Troubleshooting equipment problems with dealer technicians and investigating the causes of the issues.
- Field support during the harvest season in the area of responsibility.
- Technical training for importers, dealers, and customers in machine design, repair, and operation; training in the use of service applications and the correct management of after-sales processes in the system.
