Service Engineer- Medical Devices

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to support histopathology medical devices and laboratory equipment. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repair of instruments such as tissue processors, embedding centers, microtomes, cryostats, and staining systems. This role ensures reliable equipment performance in clinical and research laboratories while delivering excellent technical support and training to clients.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Deliver, install, and configure histopathology equipment at client sites, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled servicing and performance verification to maximize uptime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose technical issues, perform on-site repairs, or escalate to manufacturers as necessary.
