Service Engineer

Job Summary PMI is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to support installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, calibration, maintenance, and customer training for PMI instruments and systems. The candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, R&D teams, manufacturing teams, and application engineers to ensure high-quality technical support and customer satisfaction. The role will also involve supporting next-generation intelligent testing systems featuring automation, AI-assisted diagnostics, and smart testing technologies. Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning Install and commission PMI instruments at customer locations. Perform system setup, calibration, validation, and operational verification. Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). Verify instrument performance and ensure successful customer handover.
