Service Engineer

• Provide technical support to customers for the use of Industrial UPS, DC Systems and Industrial Battery.
• Coordinate with end-users for on-site installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance.
• Work closely with customers and engineers to ensure on-site work is carried out in a safe manner, adhering to safety measures.
• Provide training to customers for startup and operation of UPS and DC Systems.
• Follow up on maintenance contracts and ensure work is carried out timely and on schedule.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• 2-3 Years of relevant experience in the UPS/DC power industry.
• Proficient in PC skills; programming is an advantage.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
