Role Overview:
Policybazaar is hiring a Call Quality Analyst to monitor and evaluate sales call interactions, ensure adherence to quality standards, and support performance improvement through effective feedback and calibration sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct call auditing and call monitoring for sales teams
- Participate in call calibration sessions
- Share structured feedback with agents and team leaders
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
- Identify improvement areas and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare quality reports and performance analysis
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality / Call Auditing / Call Monitoring
- Experience in sales process quality is preferred
- Must have experience in call calibration
