Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installation, removal, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical seals and seal support systemsSupport customers during commissioning/startup and shutdown of pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment.Investigate and resolve seal failures and equipment performance issues in partnership with Reliability, Claims, and Sales teams.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for seal-related issues in the field.Deliver hands-on training to end users on mechanical seal operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Identify recurring service trends and communicate insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.Serve as the technical, customer-facing resource for complex service challenges at industrial sites.Support aftermarket sales efforts by recognizing new opportunities du...
