Opportunity Description
BDO Unibank’s Consumer Banking Group provides a full suite of industry-leading financial products for the consumer segment including Loans, Credit and Debit Cards, Retail Cash Cards, Digital Banking, Payment Solutions, Cash Agad and other various support services to meet the diverse needs of all its customers.
He/She/They will be responsible in handling Online Banking related cases to help ensure clients are able to the get the best experience when using BDO's digital platforms.
The Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- He/she will review and analyze client cases received from different channels requiring timely fulfillment and resolution.
- He/she may have to service inbound calls or conduct outbound calls to internal and external clients.
