Summary Of Duties

• To gain a thorough technical understanding of our full range of products and their respective servicing requirements, in line with the latest British Standards, including legal (digital) Service paperwork completion.
• To drive nationwide as required, predominantly Northern England and Scotland Based to represent Monmouth Scientific face to face with our customers in a professional, well-presented and courteous manner.
• To deliver, install, commission, service and maintain our wide range of laboratory equipment and clean areas at Customer premises.
• To provide Customer support and training during delivery, commissioning & installation of new products.
