Service Manager – Abu Dhabi

Oversee the service center policies objectives and initiatives. Recommend service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and potential to increase profits.

• Improve the quality of customer service and retention.
• Maintain effective control of expenses in line with budget objectives and ensure safety of the center petty cash.
• Visit existing customers and canvass for new customers, insurance companies, fleets, etc.
• Liaise with customers on vehicles equipment, prepares service contracts and negotiate terms with customers.
• Negotiate with insurance surveyors concerning accident work.
• Coordinate with principals on technical problems and service issues.
• Prepare the annual training plan and ensure its implementation.
