Permanent full-time position within a well-established car dealership offering new and used cars based in Alice Springs. for a Service Manager, Service Operations Manager, Service Department Manager, or Service Director interested in the management and operations of the dealership selling new and used cars.

• Review and update dealership processes to ensure precision and integrity in all operations
• Strategically set measurable KPIs to track and maintain operational excellence
• Implement a system to promptly address customer concerns care and efficient resolution
