The post holder will form part of the East London Alternatives to Admission Services’ leadership team and be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care and services for children and young people experiencing mental health crises and their family/carers.
Working in partnership with the Consultant Psychiatrist and other operational and clinical leads, the post holder will provide inspirational leadership to three teams of multidisciplinary clinicians – ensuring effective, evidence based assessment and treatment, accessible care pathways and a culture of continuous quality improvement.
The post holder will be a senior clinician from a core CAMHS discipline and will be jointly accountable for the clinical leadership of the service.
