Overview

Service Manager – Kaiārahi (Family Court Navigators)

We have two Service Manager roles available leading the Kaiārahi service, supporting whānau to navigate the Family Court and wider family justice system.

Regions

• Northern Region – Auckland (excluding South Auckland) and Taitokerau
• Southern Region – South Island

Responsibilities

As a Service Manager you will lead a geographically dispersed team, coaching Kaiārahi staff, building capability and ensuring consistency in service delivery across your region.

You will manage the service’s practicality and responsiveness, ensuring it meets the needs of whānau. You will work closely with iwi, community providers and other system stakeholders to strengthen connections and improve access to support. Regular travel across court sites and occasional flexibility outside standard hours will be required.
